Our Story
Window Rescue was not built by accident. It was built through discipline, calculated risk, and an uncompising commitment to excellence.
Before Window Rescue, Christian founded and scaled BBQ Rescue and Holiday Rescue, growing from a former junior hockey athlete with zero business experience into a leader managing 20 technicians and serving over 10,000 homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area within four years. What began as learning through trial and error evolved into mastering systems, brand positioning, operational precision, and delivering a refined client experience at scale.
At the same time, Justin was forging his own path.
After competing against Christian in junior hockey playoffs, Justin committed to NCAA hockey before making a defining decision — to step away and bet on himself. He briefly relocated to British Columbia to seek mentorship from an established entrepreneur before returning to Ontario to launch Property Elites in 2021, building a respected name in the exterior home service space.
In 2025, Justin entered a new chapter of life through marriage. As he prepares to start a family, his commitment to building something meaningful, stable, and lasting has only intensified. For him, excellence is no longer optional — it is foundational.
By 2026, both had built strong operations independently. But they recognized something greater was possible together.
